Effective Tuesday, January 27, 7:00 PM, the Emergency Snow Declaration, with the exception of E. 2nd Ave. from S. Broad St. to Oak St., is hereby terminated. Road conditions and public safety circumstances have returned to a level that no longer requires emergency measures.

Parking restrictions on E. 2nd Ave. will remain in effect until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January, 28.
