Drug Search Warrant Arrest

On 01/27/2026, at approximately 9:52 a.m., members of the Gray County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at a residence located at 402 E Ave C in Cimarron, KS.

The search warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug activity at the location. During the search, deputies discovered illegal drugs, paraphernalia, and other items of illegal contraband.

A 32-year-old male Romaldo Schumate was taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of firearm, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and child endangerment. 

A 34-year-old female Cherisse Davis was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and child endangerment. 

The investigation is ongoing.
