Be on the look-out for Willie B. Franklin. Franklin is one of the suspects involved in the Heartland Bank robbery in Washington, IL on 6/4/26. Franklin crashed his car during a police pursuit on the evening of 6/4/26 just west of Eureka and he fled on foot. His whereabouts are currently unknown. If you see or encounter Franklin, DO NOT APPROACH HIM, call 911.
