Important Public Safety Announcement

Attention all residents in and around our community.

We're seeing a surge in burglaries targeting gaming locations in our area in the past few weeks, with 5 incidents reported at local businesses during overnight hours. In 4 of these incidents, our Summit officers were able to interrupt the burglaries. On all occasions the offenders fled in vehicles driving in a reckless manner causing our officers to terminate their chase due to safety concerns for the general public. 

We need your help to stay one step ahead of these criminals! If you see something suspicious while out and about, please don't hesitate to call 911 immediately. Your prompt reporting can make all the difference in helping us prevent, interrupt, or make an arrest.
