Police Activity in Area of Pine/Cedar/Nevada on 1/13/22

Last night, officers were called to Habanero's for a suspicious package. As a precautionary measure, the Pueblo Bomb Squad was called who determined that the package was not dangerous.
While officers were at Habanero's, they witnessed a vehicle drive over a curb and get high centered in the parking lot under the viaducts. The driver, Holland Brown, was cited for DUI and released.
Before the officers left the area, there was a two-vehicle accident in the 500 block of Nevada. There were no injuries.
