While on patrol officers saw a male party attempt to get in a parked vehicle. Officers contacted the party, Thomas Wallace, who stated it was not his vehicle and had a firearm concealed in his waistband.  Wallace was arrested and charged with unlawful carry of a concealed firearm, a class 2 misdemeanor and criminal attempt at first degree criminal trespass, a class 2 misdemeanor.
