Peer was contacted during a traffic stop in which he had a defective headlamp. After further investigation he was arrested for Driving a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/or Both, Drove Vehicle with Defective/Missing Headlamps, and Driving Under FRA Suspension.
