While contacting him he was arrested for Possession of a Schedule III, IV, or V Controlled Substance, Reckless Driving, Drove Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/or Both, Drove (Motor/Off-Highway) Vehicle When License Under Restraint (Denied), Illegal (Possession/Consumption) of Ethyl Alcohol by an Underage Person, Illegal Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia by an Underage Person.
