Diffie was originally contacted by officers for a warrant and was placed at detox. On Monday the 17th dispatch received a call Diffie had broke a window and climbed through it. Officers searched the area and after a foot pursuit and assaulting officers she was placed in custody while in the river. She was placed at the jail and charged with Second Degree Assault On Police Officer Or Fireman Serious Injury (2 counts), Resisting Arrest, Escape, Obstruction of a Peace Officer, Firefighter, EMT, Criminal Mischief (Under $300-$750), and a Failure to Appear warrant.
