Officers responded to Quality Inn on a call of a disorderly male party. The male party identified as Matthew Burrows, was hitting himself with a belt, broke a candle over the counter, and jumped over the counter and pushed the desk clerk. Burrows was contacted and arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction of a Peace Officer, and Resisting Arrest.
