The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 35-year old Travis B. Armstrong of Lexington Drive, Shrewsbury after an investigation into a series of vehicle break-ins in Fairview Township on and around May 7, 2019 during the overnight hours. Police were able to develop Armstrong as a suspect through video surveillance and ultimately located him at a hotel in Fairview Township.
