On 05/09/19 at 1435 hours, an Officer from the West Manchester Township Police Department was dispatched to Weis Markets, 1800 Roosevelt Ave., for a retail theft report.  On scene, the Officer met with Loss Prevention Officer (LPO). The LPO reported that on 05/03/19 at 2015 hours, two white males arrived at the store in what appeared to be a light colored small sedan.  Both males then entered the store at separate times, independently selected merchandise, and exited the store without paying.  Both males then left in the same vehicle.

The LPO provided still photos of both subjects.  Subject #1 is a white male, bald head, dark facial hair, with tattoos on both arms and neck.  Subject #1 took seafood items valued at $205.87.  Subject #2 is a short white male with a shaved head and light grey facial hair.  Subject #2 took beauty items valued at $907.52.  The total value of merchandise stolen is $1,113.39.

Upon further investigation, the Officer was able to identify suspect #1 as Sergio Esteban Martinez.

Sergio Esteban Martinez was charged with 1 count of Misdemeanor 1 Retail Theft and 1 count of Felony 3 Criminal Conspiracy to commit Retail Theft.
