On 4/30/2019 at 2156 hours, an officer responded to the intersection of HiView Drive and Paddock Drive on the report of a suspicious subject.  The officer arrived on-scene and located a subject matching the description and he was identified as Nicholas Kenny. During the interaction, Kenny was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Kenny was taken into custody, processed and later released with charges being filed by summons.
