The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 37-year old Timothy R. Wilcox of Markham Court, Lewisberry following a traffic stop at the intersection of Lewisberry Road and Old York Road, New Cumberland on February 24, 2019.  During the traffic stop, Wilcox displayed obvious signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance and was arrested for DUI.  During the arrest, he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
