On 11/30/2018 at 0856 hours, Francesco Medina, Jr. was the operator of a vehicle which was stopped for a traffic violation in the 600 block of Street Road.  During the traffic stop, Medina was found to be in possession of a marijuana, cocaine, drug paraphernalia and items common for selling narcotics. He was taken into custody, processed and arraigned by District Justice Benz who set his bail at $50,000.00/10% to which he could not post.  He was later transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility by the constables.
