On 9/5/18 at 1853 hours, officers responded to a residence located in the 1100 block of Millcreek Road on the report of a domestic dispute and assault.  Officers arrived on-scene and interviewed the victim and a witness who reported that Richard Walton had assaulted the victim inside of the residence after an argument.  The victim had signs of recent injuries due to the assault.  Walton was taken into custody, processed and later arraigned by District Justice Petrucci who set his bail at $20,000.00/unsecured.
