The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 27-year old Antonio R Martinez of Alwine Avenue, York following a traffic stop for an expired registration in the 500 block of Industrial Drive, Lewisberry on May 16, 2018.  While speaking to Martinez, the officer could smell a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from within the vehicle.  He also had what appeared to be flakes of marijuana on the chest area of his sweatshirt.  Martinez admitted he was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and handed it to the officer.
