On 6/14/2018 at 0333 hours, Kathryn Nestor was the passenger of a vehicle which was stopped for a traffic violation in the 800 block of Street Road.  During the encounter with police, Nestor was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  She was taken into custody, processed and later released with charges to be filed by summons.
