The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 25-year old William Bruce Grant McKim of S. Hartley Street, York following a traffic stop on I83 South near Exit 36 on September 2, 2017.  During the traffic stop, officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  McKim admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the vehicle and was found to be in possession of a small amount.
