On August 4, 2017 at 7:23 pm the Fairview Township Police Department was dispatched to a dispute between two people in the 400 block of Old Stage Road.  It was alleged that 56 year old Douglas Usko of Old Stage Road got into a dispute with another person.  During that dispute it is alleged that Usko threatened to kill the other person with a gun, then later came towards him with a baseball bat.  The victim was able to retreat from the situation and call 911.

Police arrested Usko for Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault.  He was transported to the York County Booking Center for arrest processing and arraignment.  Usko was then remanded to the York County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
