On July 12, 2017 the Fairview Township Police Department was dispatched to a hotel off of Commerce Drive for a reported assault.  Upon arrival, officers received a complaint that 39 year old Timothy Howard of New Cumberland, PA had assaulted a female in a hotel room.  Howard was alleged to have held the female down and struck her multiple times.

Police arrested Howard and charged him with 2 counts of Simple Assault and Harassment.  He was transported to the York County Booking Center for arrest processing and arraignment.  Howard was remanded to the York County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail
