9/6/26, at 8:39 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of S. Union Street for a burglary report regarding furniture that had been stolen from the reporting party’s attached garage. (KS-26-008695). Neighborhood interviews yielded negative results, and no cameras were located in the area. Officers were unable to check for fingerprints due to the reporting party moving items prior to their arrival and a lack of printable surfaces.
9/6/26, at 9:19 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of Broad Street for an illegally parked vehicle. (KS-26-008694). While enroute, the reporting party called and advised the vehicle had moved.
9/6/26, at 9:41 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of W. Cypress Street for a parking complaint of a red tractor-trailer that parked in the adjacent lot. (KS-26-008696). The reporting party was advised that the driver had a medical emergency the day prior, which is why the truck was parked in that area, but it should be moved soon.
9/6/26, at 10:35 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Scarlett Avenue for a noise complaint. (KS-26-008697). Officers contacted the homeowner and informed them of the 10 PM noise cutoff according to the Borough Ordinance.
9/7/26, at 1:46 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of E. Linden Street for a domestic disturbance. (KS-26-008705). Upon further investigation, it was determined that no assault had occurred as initially dispatched.
9/7/26, at 10:45 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Marshall Street for a report of damage discovered to a vehicle. (KS-26-008711). Based on the photo evidence, it appears someone with dusty pants leaned on or rubbed against the black plastic bumper, transferring debris.
9/7/26, at 11:54 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Scarlett Avenue for keys locked inside a vehicle. (KS-26-008712). Officers could not access the vehicle because the locking mechanism was not functioning properly.
9/8/26, at 3:01 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. Cypress Street for a well-being check on a male subject that the reporting party had not heard from since the prior day. (KS-26-008744). After further investigation, it was learned that the individual had been transported to a hospital and was accounted for.
9/8/26, at 6:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to Lafayette Street and Ridge Avenue for an erratic driver report involving a speeding vehicle. (KS-26-008751). Officers were familiar with the vehicle owner and contacted them to advise them to slow down to avoid traffic citations.
9/8/26, at 9:44 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of E. Cypress Street for a report of a disturbance involving a man yelling at the reporting party in a parking lot. (KS-26-008758). After speaking with the parties involved, it appeared to be a misunderstanding.
9/9/26, at 9:24 AM, Officers were dispatched to Scarlett Alley for a parking complaint of a vehicle parked in the reporting person’s private parking space. (KS-26-008769). A parking ticket was issued for the vehicle.
9/10/26, at 2:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to station for a report of a firearm found. (KS-26-008809). The reporting party advised they own Airbnb rentals, and one of the last renters must have left it behind. Officers are attempting to identify the owner.
9/11/26, at 9:30 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for an altercation between two male juveniles. (KS-26-008981). After reviewing the video footage, officers determined the incident was minor and referred it to administration for handling.
9/11/26, at 6:33 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of N. Walnut Street for a vehicle blocking the reporting person’s driveway. (KS-26-008842). Upon arrival, the reporting person requested a parking ticket be issued to the vehicle because the rear tires were over the crest of the driveway.
9/11/26, at 6:36 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Birch Street for a civil issue involving renters who left two trailers on the owner’s property and wanted them removed. (KS-26-008843). The owner was advised that they could have the trailers removed and seek civil action for reimbursement.
9/11/26, at 8:29 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of S. Walnut Street for a report of 15-20 juveniles jumping the fence at Legacy Fields. (KS-26-008850). Upon arrival, the juveniles scattered in multiple directions and ultimately left the area without incident. Officers checked the property and found no signs of damage.
9/12/26, at 7:00 AM, Officers observed a vehicle in the 300 Block of S. Broad Street where no parking notices had been posted the prior day. (KS-26-008863). After multiple attempts at contacting the owner, the vehicle was towed from location.
9/12/26, at 12:08 PN, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of E. State Street for vehicles preventing shuttle buses from entering the drop-off area. (KS-26-008870). Two vehicles were towed from the location because they disrupted traffic flow.
9/12/26, at 10:10 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of N. Broad Street for a parking complaint of a vehicle blocking the reporting person’s driveway. (KS-26-008867). Upon arrival, it was observed that the vehicle in question was not obstructing the entrance to the parking area of the driveway but may have impeded enough to warrant a parking ticket.
9/12/26, at 10:31 AM, Officers were dispatched for buses dropping people off for the Mushroom Festival, creating a traffic backup in the area of W. State Street and N. Garfield Street. (KS-26008868). Officers remained at this location for approximately 20 minutes and observed no traffic hazards.
9/12/26, at 1:49 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of N. Walnut Street for a parking complaint of a vehicle blocking a driveway. (KS-26-008872). Upon arrival, no such vehicle was observed.
9/12/26, at 2:12 PM, during the Mushroom Festival, a juvenile child was briefly lost and recovered by the units assigned to the event. (KS-26-008871) The parents were located without incident.
9/12/26, at 3:07 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of S. Union Street for a parking complaint of an Xfinity van parked in the reporting person’s driveway for approximately 30 minutes. (KS-26-008873). The reporting part was contacted and advised police they would wait longer to see if the vehicle moved before requesting police intervention.
9/12/26, at 4:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of N. Broad Street for a truck parked on the reporting party’s front lawn. (KS-26-008877). Upon arrival, a pickup truck was observed fully parked on the front lawn of the residence. A parking ticket was issued for parking on private property. The owner was also advised that they were allowed to have the vehicle towed as it was deemed private property.
9/12/26, at 4:31 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of N. Broad Street for a vehicle partially blocking the reporting person’s driveway. (KS-26-008878). Upon arrival, the vehicle owners were departing. The driveway did not appear to be blocked by the vehicle.
9/12/26, at 7:17 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of W. State Street for an animal complaint about a dog in the area that was acting aggressively. (KS-26-008885). Officers contacted the dog’s owner and advised that animals were not permitted at the Mushroom Festival. He stated that he understood and took the dog home.
9/12/26, at 7:34 PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of W. Linden Street and N. Lincoln Street for a disturbance of several people making noise and possibly intoxicated. (KS-26-008886). Officers contacted the group while they were waiting for their Uber to arrive. They left the area in the Uber without issue.
9/12/26, at 8:22 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of Center Street for a domestic disturbance. (KS-26-008890). Upon arrival, only one of the subjects involved was on scene; they were advised how to obtain a protection from abuse (PFA).
9/10/26, at 8:13 AM, a vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of E. Cypress Street and Sycamore Aly. (KS-26-008799).
9/10/26, at 2:28 PM, a vehicle accident occurred on E. State Street. (KS-26-008808).
