On August 24, 2026, at approximately 8:11 p.m., officers from the Lancaster Township Police Department responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the area of Prangley Avenue and South West End Avenue.

During the course of the investigation, officers determined that a male suspect, identified as Martez Cole, had unlawfully taken personal property valued at more than $500 from the female victim.

As a result of the investigation, Cole was taken into custody and charged with one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a felony of the third degree (F3).

Cole was transported to Lancaster County Prison for processing and arraignment.
