LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Izaak SUTTON-PARKER, age 25, of Lititz, alleging he committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Four Other Offenses.

On 7/20/2026 around 6:00 pm, an officer initiated a traffic stop for driving with a suspended and expired registration. During the stop, SUTTON-PARKER exhibited signs of impairment and was requested to perform field sobriety testing. SUTTON-PARKER was subsequently transported to the Lititz Borough Police Department where an officer administered a drug influence evaluation on SUTTON-PARKER.

He has been summoned to respond to District Court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.

SUTTON-PARKER is presumed innocent.
