On July 14, 2026, Upper Southampton PD responded to the area of 555 Second Street Pike for the report of a disturbance in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officers observed several pedestrians attempting to prevent a vehicle operated by Thomas Hagen from driving onto the roadway. The investigation revealed that Hagen was under the influence of alcohol and was attempting to drive from the area. Hagen was arrested and charged with DUI and related offenses.
