Fleeing, Eluding Police Officer, REAP, Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Reckless Driving, Duties at Stop Signs, DUS—DUI Related Warrant, June 22, 2026, 100 block of Manheim Ave (MT) – Curtis Todd Williams, M/42, of Kirkwood, PA was charged with the above offenses. An officer observed a vehicle that was associated with Williams, who was actively wanted for several felony offenses, parked in the area of Manheim Ave. Williams was observed entering the vehicle in question and traveling the wrong way on Manheim Ave onto N. Prince St. The officer attempted to catch this vehicle, and Williams increased his speed dramatically. The overhead emergency lights and audible siren of the police vehicle were activated, which Williams could clearly see and hear. Williams made many turns and increased his speed in excess of 100mph, almost losing control of the vehicle. Officers stopped pursuing the vehicle.
Williams operated this vehicle while his license was actively suspended. He operated his vehicle in complete disregard for the safety of pedestrians and other drivers with the intention of evading police due to the felony arrest warrants. He put the general public at risk of death or serious injury as a result of his actions.
A criminal complaint was filed, and an arrest warrant was obtained. Curtis Todd Williams remains a wanted person at this time.
