LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a summary non-traffic citation against a 15-year-old Juvenile from Lititz alleging the crime of Harassment. 

On 06/13/2026, juvenile victim and a parent reported an incident that had occurred several days prior at the Lititz Springs Pool. The victim stated that he had been taunted and then slapped in the face by another juvenile. A witness then reported the incident to pool staff.

The Juvenile has been summoned to respond to District Court.

The Juvenile is presumed innocent.
