Theft from a Motor Vehicle, Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime Arrest, July 8, 2026, 1300 block of Fruitville Pk (MT) – Allande Forthereux, M/31, was charged with the above offenses following a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. On June 6, 2026, the victim stated that someone had entered their vehicle overnight and took a Samsung Galaxy Tab A Tablet, valued at $50. This suspect had left behind a pink Apple iPhone and a pair of Beats Powerbeats earbuds in the vehicle. The owner of the iPhone stated that the iPhone had been taken from their vehicle on Harrisburg Ave and that F&M police had surveillance footage of the suspect. The suspect was later identified as Allande Forthereux. On the surveillance footage, Forthereux is seen entering the vehicle. He is later seen walking on Fruitville Pk. On June 7, 2026, Forthereux was arrested in Lancaster city. The arresting officer described the outfit Forthereux was wearing, and it matched the description from the surveillance footage. Forthereux was interviewed and admitted to taking the Samsung Galaxy Tab A Tablet.

A criminal complaint was filed on July 8, 2026. Allande Forthereux was arraigned before MDJ Monson and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $1,000 bail.
