The investigation revealed that the suspect vehicle struck the victim's vehicle and subsequently fled the scene. The victim followed the suspect vehicle until it arrived at a residence. Upon arrival, the driver, later identified as Frank Rocky Morone, allegedly offered the victim cash in an attempt to resolve the incident without police involvement.
When officers arrived on scene, they observed several indicators of impairment. Morone was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence. A subsequent chemical test revealed Morone's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to be 0.164%, more than twice Pennsylvania's legal limit of 0.08%.
As a result of the investigation, Morone was charged with the following misdemeanor offenses:

All charges will be heard before the Lancaster County DUI Central Court, located at the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas, 50 North Duke Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
