On 05/05/2026, at approximately 1130hours, Myers was involved in a police investigation on Tower Street and subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI.

After receiving the toxicology report, Logan Eugene Myers was charged with 4 counts of DUI, 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (M), and 1 count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia  on 07/01/2026.
