Derry Township Police Detectives who are also part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC Task Force) have charged and arrested 31 year old Cody A. Rock who resides in Winfield, New Jersey. 

Detectives began an investigation into Rock in October of 2025 regarding Sexual Extortion of a Minor. Through this investigation it was learned that Rock had disseminated Child Sexual Abuse Material of the minor to multiple unsuspecting people in Derry Township.

A lengthy and in-depth investigation was conducted, with Derry Township Detectives engaging in numerous interviews and searches of digital media, traveling to New Jersey and working directly with the Winfield Township Police Department (New Jersey) and Union County (New Jersey) Prosecutor’s Office Detectives to bring this investigation to conclusion.

Rock turned himself in to Derry Township Police Detectives on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 to answer to the charges listed in this post in consultation with the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office.
