On July 1, 2026, at approximately 7:40 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Beverly M. Ohle, age 30, of East Durham, NY.  Ohle was charged with the misdemeanors Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC ≥ .18 and Driving While Intoxicated. Ohle was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on Uniform Traffic Tickets to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
