Domestic Violence Assault: Suspect Injures Victim.

On 6/26/26, Lycoming Regional Police responded to a report of Domestic Violence that occurred on 6/25/26 at approximately 1920 hours between Alex Caudell and the victim. The victim called a friend and left a voice mail stating "her ribs are broken", “Alex threw me on the floor and punched me", also stating that “he hurt me so bad"

Lycoming Regional Police made contact with the victim who was moving slowly and holding her right side. The victim provided the following, she was in the bathroom when Alex arrived home and began arguing with her. She stated that he had gotten into her face. She stated that she put her arms out to move herself back when he then threw her to the ground.

Alex was subsequently arrested for domestic related simple assault and harassment against the victim. He was processed and arraigned in front of the Magisterial District Judge.  Alex was committed to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000
