On May 26, 2026 at 2236 hours, Upper Southampton PD responded to the area of 673 Knowles Avenue for the report of a single vehicle traffic accident. Upon arrival, officers determined that the operator, Natalia Koulev was under the influence of alcohol. Koulev was arrested and charged with DUI and related offenses.
