On May 22, 2026 at 1559 hours, Upper Southampton PD conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle operated by Gary Tyler on the 300 block of Second Street Pike. During the course of the investigation, Tyler was found to be in possession of drugs and other paraphernalia. Tyler was arrested on scene and charged with possession of a controlled substance and related offenses.
