LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Brady NELSON, age 32, of Ephrata, PA alleging he committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence.

On 6/13/26 at around 12:00am, the officer initiated a traffic stop for swerving and driving over the yellow lines and having a suspended registration. During the stop, NELSON exhibited signs of impairment and was requested to perform field sobriety testing. NELSON was subsequently transported to LBPD for the purpose of determining the amount of alcohol.   He has been summoned to respond to District Court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.

NELSON is presumed innocent.
