On Friday June 12th, 2026, Shippensburg Police arrested Evan Sipes of Shippensburg after conducting a traffic stop. Sipes provided false identification to law enforcement, Sipes also had several warrants. Sipes is charged with Title 18 4914a false identification to law enforcement as well as Title 75 3323b stop signs and yield signs.
