In collaboration with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, the Derry Township Police Department has filed a charge of Harassment against 48-year-old Brian Proctor of Hershey, stemming from an incident at Hidden Still Spirits restaurant on May 8, 2026. According to reports, Proctor allegedly went to the establishment to confront Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas, during which he verbally threatened the commissioner before leaving the premises. In a subsequent interview at his residence, Proctor acknowledged the encounter and admitted to making the statements. The Derry Township Police Department and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office are jointly prosecuting this case against Proctor.
