The Lancaster Township Police Department is seeking highly qualified applicants for full-time Police Officer positions, including both certified officers and non-certified candidates.
Established in 2025, the department serves approximately 18,500 residents across six square miles. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed police department and contribute to the development of a professional, community-focused law enforcement agency. The Township offers a supportive environment with a strong commitment to public service.
Patrol officers typically work 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off.
