On May 30, 2026, at approximately 9:50 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Shane J. Kenyon, age 36, of Tilson, NY, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, both felonies, as well as the misdemeanor of Conspiracy in the 6th Degree.  Kenyon was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
