LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Malachi RODRIGUEZ, age 18, of Lititz, alleging he committed the crime of Indecent Assault, Indecent Exposure and Harassment. On 05/21/2026 around 12:00 pm, the LBPD responded to an incident that occurred at the Warwick High School.  It is alleged that RODRIGUEZ grabbed a female student's breast, pulled at her shirt and exposed her breast and also exposed his private area to this female.  Video surveillance at the school was reviewed by the officers.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.

RODRIGUEZ is presumed innocent.
