On Wednesday May 13th, 2026, Shippensburg Police attempted to stop a juvenile riding an electric dirt bike. After a brief pursuit the juvenile was detained. The following charges have been filed. Title 75 3733a fleeing or attempting to elude police, Title 75 3714a careless driving, Title 75 3736a reckless driving, Title 75 1501a drivers required to be licensed, Title 75 1301a registration and certificate of title required, and Title 75 1786a required financial responsibility.
