5/10/26, at 8:26 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Harvey Circle for a well-being check of a male subject with a hand injury. (KS-26-004461). Contact was made with the subject, who was provided with transportation to his residence.
5/11/26, at 6:36 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of Cope Road for a possible theft report regarding a missing iPhone. (KS-26-004486). This incident is pending further investigation.
5/11/26, at 9:29 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Race Street for a disturbance. (KS-26-004494). After speaking with everyone involved, it was determined to be a verbal argument, and they were all advised to go their separate ways.
5/12/26, at 5:53 AM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment regarding harassment. (KS-26-004502). Upon speaking with the reporting person, it was determined that the interaction did not rise to the level of harassment, and no threats were made against them.
5/12/26, at 3:27 PM, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 100 Block of W. Mulberry Street for a well-being check. (KS-26-004524). The reporting party advised that they had been trying to set up the services the family had requested, but were unable to contact the family. Upon arrival, the family was located and found to be in good health.
5/12/26, at 6:17 PM, Officers were dispatched to a phone assignment regarding a scam in which the person requested money via Apple gift cards. (KS-26-004527). This incident is pending further investigation.
5/12/26, at 10:15 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of W. State Street for a disturbance. (KS-26-004532). The reporting party advised that a male subject was following her and appeared to have a knife in his back pocket. The area was canvassed, but the male subject was not located.
5/13/26, at 12:52 AM, Officers were dispatched to the Lafayette Apartments for a noise disturbance. (KS-26-004539). Upon arrival, the apartment complex and parking lot were checked, and no noise was heard.
5/14/26, at 10:34 AM, Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Broad and Maple on a red Honda for the tint level on its windows. (KS-26-004585). Upon further investigation, the vehicle’s operator was issued a Non-Traffic Citation for Disorderly Conduct for possessing marijuana in the vehicle.
5/14/26, at 11:47 AM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of N. Broad Street and E. Linden Street regarding a found dog. (KS-26-004589). Upon arrival in the area, the owner arrived on scene to claim the dog. They were advised of the Borough Ordinance on loose dogs, but were told that, since this was the first incident, they would not be cited.
5/14/26, at 4:51 PM, Officers were dispatched for a pop-trailer parked on S. Garfield Street. (KS-26-004599). Contact was made with the owner, who advised that it violated Borough Ordinance 11-22.1 and that it would need to be moved.
5/14/26, at 4:57 PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of the Center Street railroad intersection regarding graffiti. (KS-26-004600). Contact was made with the maintenance to address the problem.
5/15/26, at 8:54 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. Linden Street for a parking complaint. (KS-26-004640). Officers assisted the individual with exiting the parking garage without issue.
5/16/26, at 7:16 AM, after issuing a parking ticket and attempting to contact the vehicle's owner, the vehicle was towed from the 100 Block of W. State Street prior to the start of the Kennett Run. (KS-26-004651).
5/16/26, at 12:26 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of W. State Street for a vehicle parked in the reporting party’s driveway. (KS-26-004654). One parking ticket was issued to the vehicle.
5/16/26, at 11:32 PM, Officers were dispatched to a parking lot on Lafayette Street for a noise complaint involving loud music coming from a black truck. (KS-26-004666). Contact was made with the operator, who advised that he would be more mindful of the volume of his music while in the residential area.
