LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Kayla M. MCCALL, age 36, of Lititz, alleging she committed the crime of Strangulation. 

On 3/29/2026 at approximately 10:10 am, the LBPD was dispatched to the 100 block of Owl Hill Road for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival the victim reported that an argument escalated to the point of him being choked by MCCALL and that the pressure around his neck caused him to have difficulty breathing.

MCCALL was subsequently transported to Lancaster County Prison Central Booking for immediate preliminary arraignment.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.

MCCALL is presumed innocent.
