On February 10th, 2026, at approximately 9:05PM, Carlisle Police responded to the 500 block of Factory Street for a disturbance. Shortly after this call was received, officers were made aware that one of the individuals involved in the disturbance was now running through the area while banging on doors to residences, and screaming. Officers located Jesse Reed several blocks away still yelling as he ran across a busy street. Reed was arrested for disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
