LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Amy WORK of Leola, PA alleging she committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence.

On 12/28/25 at around 11:15 pm, the officer initiated a traffic stop because a vehicle was driving without their headlights on when it was dark. During the stop, WORK exhibited signs of impairment and was requested to perform field sobriety testing. WORK was subsequently transported to LBPD for the purpose of determining the amount of alcohol.  She was later transported to the hospital to be evaluated then transported to Lancaster County Prison.   A formal arraignment is scheduled.

Work is presumed innocent.
