The Lancaster Township Police Department is proud to announce its participation in the 2025 Shop with a Cop program, a nationwide charitable initiative that brings holiday joy to underprivileged children while fostering positive relationships between youth and law enforcement.

👮‍♂️ About the Program

• Shop with a Cop pairs school-aged children—nominated due to being victims of crime or other unfortunate circumstances—with uniformed officers.

• Each child receives a small amount of money to spend on holiday gifts for their family. Officers escort them through the store, helping select clothing, necessities, and toys.

• The day concludes with a festive lunch and gift wrapping, creating lasting memories of kindness and community.
