LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 11/24/2025 at approximately 10:17 PM on North Broad Street at Market Street. A Volkwagen Passat turned left onto North Broad Street from Market Street without clearance and was struck by a Honda Accord traveling North on Broad Street. In an attempt to avoid the collision, the Honda swerved to the left but was unable to. The Honda went up over the curb, into the front yard, striking bushes and a fence on two properties in the 300 block of North Broad Street. A passenger in the Volkswagen was transported to a local hospital to be evaluated for possible injury. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and had to be towed.
