On November 4, 2025 at 1139 hours, Upper Southampton PD was dispatched to the 1700 block of Street Road for the report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that Eckert intentionally drove her vehicle at and struck the victim with her vehicle after a verbal altercation. After striking the victim with her vehicle, Eckert fled the scene prior to police arrival. Eckert was located and charged with aggravated assault and related charges.
