On October 6, 2025 at about 5:25 PM the Saugerties Police Department Donnie E. Yinger, age 49, of Saugerties, NY following a complaint into a dispute.  Resulting from the investigation into the dispute, Yinger was arrested for the felonies of Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree and Aggravated Family Offense.  Yinger was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
